im having troubles updating my opengl

I have a core i7 9700 desktop processor and my graphics card is an Intel UHD graphics 630. my graphics card has a problem with open GL and its version 2.2 and I've tried updating it but it remains the same even though my graphics card supports 4.5.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).
