Hello, I have a problem with the processor i5 6600. Temperatures are okay, drivers current, but is still working on the 0,8GHz
motherboard H170 gaming M3
graphics AMD radeon R9 380
bios C.60
win10 64bit
few days back everything worked

- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool Download Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool
Once done please attach the report from both utilities.
