processor compatibility motherboard dp965lt

Hi, I have the motherboard DP965lt with the bios version MQ96510J.86A.1749.2008.0727.0001 released on 07/27/2008 and I'd like to know if this Bios version is compatible with the processor Core2 Quad Q6700, also, is it this the top processor allowed by this motherboard model? Thanks in advance.
