virtualization vt-x not supported by Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU B970 @ 2.30GHz

I have been trying to virtual machine but when I tried to enable option vt-x not supported to run virtual client to download gn3 palo alto and other device ios, I have contacted Samsung technical team and  they advised to contact Intel or vm customer care. finally I come to know this forum may be useful.

any advise would be helpful

Just to let you know, the Intel® Pentium® Processor B970 is under status of: End Of Interactive Support / Discontinued, as you can see in the link below:

On the link provided above, you will be able to confirm as well under "Advanced Technologies" that the Intel® Pentium® Processor B970 does not support the VT-x feature.
