Hi. I ask for help in resolving the issue with the EP2AGX45DF29C5N elements. Our elements have chips on the crystal. Can you please tell me if there are chipping tolerances in the documentation? See photo.9.jpg

There is a chip on the ceramic surface. It is acceptable? The microcircuit will work?

Hi,

Please provide us side view images and other close up images as the current image is not very clear.

Also, did you experience any electrical failure or where did you detect the chip?

Regards,

Aiman

Hi,

Can you provide us the measurement A & B(mark in the picture) for units 1 & 2? Our factory team needs this to verify if this falls within acceptance criteria.

Please clarify.
Are chips on the body of the elements critical?
Photos and sizes of chips are shown above.

Hi,

The information is important for us to carry out next level of investigation.

For items 1 & 2, you should be able to get from your system, for items 3 & 4 you should be able to answer because you found the chips.

  1. What is the affected lot number?
  2. Provide Intel PSG SO number
  3. How did you detect the failure?
  4. How many qty receive and how many unit found with this condition?

In case of no information from your end we wont be able to continue with the investigation.

Regards,

Aiman
