2 dots indications for pin 1...which is the right one?

I bought the EPM570T100C5N (TQFP package) recently and when I received the product I noticed that the IC has 2 dots indicating the pin 1, as it's showed in the photo on following link:

It's the red one. I think the blue mark comes from the manufacturing process.
