IDT has a number of devices. I believe they were originally from Tundra Semiconductor so have part numbers like TSxxx

I have not used any of these devices. I just happened to attend a talk at ESC.

TI has a very good serdes similar to PM8357 called TLK3134.Might be worth checking out.
