Are the package markings all the same? Lot ID, date codes, etc?

Were the parts sourced from authorized vendors, or bought from random resellers?

The silicon die pad placements look identical as best as I can tell in a cursory visual inspection.

The lead frames appear slightly different.

What do you think the differences are?

Hi MelodyCC,

Assume these 2 X-ray images are from same OPN, it is normal to have slight difference as one device might have 2 lead frame vendors. Each lead frame vendor's design have slight difference.

As long you get the device from Intel Authorize Distributor, there should be no issue. If there is any issue with the purchase, your Sales Team are welcome to contact your Distributor or Intel Sales Team.
