Im New and i just bought my usb blaster help please!

hi i received my usb blaster today from altera and i was wondering if someone could please explain how it works and how i can set it up and also i was wondering if i could do xbox 360 hacks or mods with this usb blaster. i ordered it from ebay and there's a little piece of paper that came with it saying Mini Altera FPGA CPLD USB Blaster Programmer JTAG. and 1 more thing how do i install the drivers on windows 7 thanks

You can find the manual here (http://www.altera.com/literature/ug/ug_usb_blstr.pdf). 

You'll probably need to make yourself a cable to connect the JTAG signals to the blaster but I doubt that the XBox has any Altera components, so I don't know what you'll be able to do with the USB blaster.

There is an Opencores project where it looks like someone has figured out the USB Blaster protocol sufficiently, so that the cable can be used for general purpose I/O

Is there steering wheel compatible with xbox 360. I got formula 1 game but car controlling with buttons is to complicated but the game is marvelous!
