cyclone II fpga with 5v output

hello all  

In my design ,i want cyclone II fpga drive 5v system,how can i do it .Can i use 3.3v LVDS io standard?

You need a level converter. Here is one way to do it:

I want to konw about 3.3v LVDS io standard ,eg the out put level .Can you provide something book or references?

In my design ,the sn74alvc164245 be used between the fpga and ccd sensor.
