video and image processing suite

I just installed quartus II 11.1 web edition. I was trying to generate ip cores through megawizard plug-in manager. What I want to use is the altera ip core that's under ip megastore/dsp/video and image processing/video and image processing suite 9.0. I clicked on that and specified the output file, however it kept pop out the drop down menu asking me to download the core. I followed the drop down menu tried many time but can't find any download link. What was wrong?
