Hi everyone,
I have a Lenovo Ideapad 5-15ITL05 laptop, and it suddenly stopped working one day. Now, I'm trying to fix it, but I can only access the BIOS or some kind of recovery menu – neither of which helps much.
I'm now attempting to do a clean install of Windows 10, but the installer can't find my hard drive. It says a storage driver is missing. (update I'm trying windows 11 now with the official drivers for windows 11 for my laptop but It still says it doesn't recognize them and if I uncheck the box it just says its not compatible for my pc.)
I downloaded the Intel Rapid Storage Technology (IRST) driver from Lenovo’s official site (link below), and even tried a few other versions:
The drivers do show up when I try to load them during Windows Setup, but I get an error saying they’re not compatible with my hardware.
Any ideas on what I can do to fix this and install Windows 10?
Thanks in advance!
