Can't install Windows 11

Im actualy a newbie trying to learn

So im working with team for troubleshooting  and one of the people that came , he have a Linux Os (arch) installed in the laptop ,so he is trying to back to windows (11) and to create a bootable usb we need to upload the driver provided in this page with burned iso of the OS

And now the zip file is gone ! and non of us have a windows machine to run the .exe that provided now !! (all of us are linux users )

Please help

Well the problem solved by the client understand that there is no need to install Win11 os

and he can do the work he need in linux

And actually its the pretty much easy to blame the dev team of intel cause they removed the drivers zip file from the website .

Im not here to blame Intel devs/driver coders and say they put 'SetupRST.exe' as new installer proprietary to microsoft winOS ONLY ,and not helping end users to fix/troubleshoot/use .

So i realy hope they fix that and not have a tunnel vision ,All the best for you guys

Are you really dealing with optane and do you really want/need raid?  Consider this carefully.
