aaronyang1: Thank you very much for joining the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology communities.

In order to better assist you we just wanted to confirm a few details:

What is the model of the motherboard?

What is the model of the processor?

If this is a laptop, what is the model of the laptop?

Which Windows version are you using?

Any further questions, please let me know.

The thing is that we need the specific model of the processor and the motherboard/ laptop, so we can provide the most accurate response.

Any questions, please let me know.

From our side unfortunately there is no tool in order to check the hard disk storage status. The closest thing in order to do that will be the Intel® RST that you already have installed and that verifes the status of the hard drive or RAID but not the storage on it.

Now, on the link you gave us previously, there is an option to download drivers, in there you might find a tool that does that. You just need to create an account:

I also encourage all the peers viewing this forum, that if they have further suggestions or feedback on this matter to post all the details on this thread.

Any questions, please let me know.
