How do I update from Windows 7 Intel Storage Management Console to Windows 10 Intel RST

I wish to upgrade my system from Windows 7 32 bit to Windows 10 64 bit. My system (full data attached) is a Dell 9200 of 2007 vintage with RAID already installed with Intel Matrix Storage Console version 6.2.0.2002.

I would be so grateful if someone could supply me with an idiot's guide describing the process required to upgrade my system, to include up-to-date Intel RST.

I plan to use an ISO file (already obtained) on DVD to clean install Windows 10 64 bit.

Do you have the chipset model for this system?

The chipset is Intel P965 Express.

It occurred to me that you may have been asking for the other type of chipset number, which in my case is ICH8r.

If you were intending to answer my original question above, I would be grateful if you would now do so.
