How to install and use Intel RST 14.8 on Windows 2012 R2 Core or Windows 2012 R2 Hyper-V

Hi,

I have a server with Windows 2012 R2 Hyper-V on which I want to install Intel's RST software to be able to manipulate and modify the current RAID. Ex. Adding more disks, define the spare disk, etc.

Due to this versions of windows are GUI-less, how can I do all these things through the command line or powershell?
