I cant for the life of me believe that Windows isn't supported by Intel. Ive uninstalled DSA and reinstalled it, and it detects theres an upgrade waiting but wont do it. For a while I could upgrade one of the two things, now I cant upgrade either due to 'unsupported platform' and 'operating system not supported' but nothings been done to my PC in the meantime.
Does anyone recognise the problem?

Hi @EZE
1. In this case probably you have installed still the old style graphics driver. The new DCH graphics driver can be updated only after uninstalling the old driver first.
2. I suggest that you updated your BIOS first. The installed version 1009 is very outdated. You may download the updated version 1301 here.
3. Do not forget that the Intel DSA is released mainly to support Intel computer. In order to get better information about your system, please download the Intel System Support Utility (SSU). Run the SSU scan and save the results. The .txt file with the results please attach to your post.
