Intel RST VMD Managed Controller 09AB

I'm a Acer laptop user with windows 11 OS, when I generate the performance report it show this problem. Then I went to check in device manager, it show 'no driver installed' but in driver page it has  the details.  May I know what's problem with this?

 

Below is the picture of the performance report, device manager and also the SSU report.

I appreciate your effort for providing this information. Please share more details about the issue so I can assist you effectively.

 

When did this issue occurred? 

Did you do recent changes with the system?

Have you performed other troubleshooting steps?

 

Make sure the Intel RST driver is up to date. Contact your System Manufacturer or check in their website for the proper driver. Product Support - Nitro ANV15-51 | Acer Malaysia.

I‘m sorry I don't know what RAID is, and how can I know my laptop is using the RAID configuration?

Hi DarenS03,

 

Since you're not using any RAID configuration, I would highly suggest that you contact Acer for this to find the appropriate driver for your system Product Support - Nitro ANV15-51 | Acer Malaysia as this maybe also a software issue.
