Intel Rapid Storage Technology Create button missing

I have recently assembled a desktop and wish to use the Intel Rapid Storage Technology to set up some drives in RAID 5.  I have the software installed but when I launch it there is no Create option.  I have an Intel DB75EN board with a 128GB ADATA SSD running Windows 10 and then I also have 4 8TB Seagate drives which I want to use as RAID 5 for storage.  The version of RST installed is 12.5.0.1066 as anything newer gives me a "Platform is not supported message" and in BIOS the drives are set for AHCI as there is no option for RAID.  Am I missing something for settings or am I SOL on this?  Thanks and let me know if there is anything needed.

GrimlokZ28, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In reference to this scenario, the Intel® Desktop Board DB75EN is under status of: End Of Interactive Support / Discontinued as you can confirm in the following link:

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/59043/intel-desktop-board-db75en.html

So, even though Intel® technical support will no longer be provided for this kind of products, still, as an option you may want to try our Discontinued Products Community to get recommendations from fellow community members:

https://community.intel.com/t5/tag/Discontinued%20Products/tg-p/tag-id/919?profile.language=en

Or you may also find the Discontinued Products Website helpful to address your request:

However, just to let you know, if the board does not have the option for RAID in the BIOS "SATA mode", it means a RAID cannot be built since the board does not support it, and also the board is not fully compatible with Windows* 10 which means there will be no Intel® drivers for it, as you can see in the links below:
