I have a laptop HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0055ur. I want to install the operating system Windows 10 22H2 on it, during the installation I encounter the problem of the absence of the ssd drive in the list of available disks. I tried to download the latest available driver for IRS version 16.8.0.1000 from the HP website, but downloading this driver does not help to solve my problem, since the Windows installer complains about the discrepancy between the driver version and the Windows version. Where can I download the appropriate driver for IRS for my laptop?

Are you using RAID or Optane in this system?
If you are not using either, I would disable the VMD controller in the BIOS and retry the installation.
If you are using these capabilities, you need to have the Intel RST drivers available during the Windows installation process.
Hope this helps,

No, I just want to install Windows on m2 nvme ssd. I'll check if the BIOS has the function you mentioned, but I'm afraid that since it's limited, I won't be able to disable it. I understand that I won't find drivers for the current version of the OS?
