Help to understand the cause of the controller malfunction, please. Built RAID10 from four physical disks. The fourth disk periodically falls off. And check the disk shows that it has no faults. A few days before the controller failure, the following messages appear in the log

Thank yur for your attantion!
On questions.
Failed drive is able to rebild
We have replaced failed disk but the problem repeats itself haphazardly. This night the operating system was hung because drive was in degraded state again.
Now we have replaced drive and cable G24109-001 .

Hello YKlim,
Have you tried testing different hard drives and check if the problem continues?

Good day SergioS!
Thanks you for your time!
Once the massive became at full degraded state. It helped that we done archives at selected standalone drive.
Than we placed this RAID-controller on an other server and unarchived to a new created RAID-massive the OS and data. After from one to two weeks we have recieved message
Controller ID: 0 Unexpected sense: PD = null x0:0:3-Power on, reset, or bus device reset occurred, CDB = 0x2a 0x00 0x02 0xd8 0x3d 0x20 0x00 0x00 0x12 0x00, Sense = 0x70 0x00 0x06 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x0a 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x29 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00
Controller ID: 0 Unexpected sense: PD = null x0:0:3-Invalid field in CDB, CDB = 0x1a 0x08 0x00 0x00 0xff 0x00, Sense = 0x70 0x00 0x05 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x0a 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x24 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 .
If cause is in one of four drives of the massive why there no any message about the fail disk? To pull out any drive of the massive from working 'powered on' server means to mark it as bad and to insert it again do not possible.

Good day!
After a long ordeal our controller started to behave.
But there is no confidence in him. We bought the Intel® RAID Controller RS3UC080 and faced with the lack of a driver for Windows Server 2008 on the official website of Intel.
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/76066/Intel-RAID-Controller-RS3UC080
The installer does not see the RAID controller, drivers from 8, 8.1, 2012 and 2019 are not accepted by the installer. Help me find the right driver!
