Hello,
I have built a new pc, installed Windows 10 and drivers. Now, whenever i try to run Intel Rapid Storage Technology, i get this error:
"An uknown error occured while running this application. If the problem persists, please restart your computer or try reinstalling the application."
I downloaded RST driver from https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X99A-RAIDER.html# down-driver&Win10%2064 msi support page (Version: 14.8.0.1042). Sata drives are connected to my SATA Express ports, running in AHCI mode. They are working fine without any problem.
Specs Just In Case:
- OS: Windows 10 Pro | Build:1607
- SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB (System Drive)
- HDD: WD BLUE 1TB 7200RPM
- MOBO: MSI X99A-Raider
- CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K
- RAM: Corsair LPX 32GB 3000MHz
- GPU: Asus Dual GTX 1060 OC
- PSU: EVGA 650 GQ

I have checked your current chipset specifications and it does support Intel® Rapid Storage version 14.8 as RAID or AHCI mode.
Was AHCI mode enabled when you installed the operating system?
I would recommend testing Intel® Rapid Storage version off the Intel site:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25165/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Intel-RST-RAID-Driver?product=55005
File name: SetupRST.zip
Please remove and reinstall 14.8 linked above.
Allan.

I downloaded it from the link you gave me, it did not work again.
I checked my bios again, yes ACHI mode is enabled.

The error message seems to be an issue with your Windows registry. You could try running system restore or reinstall the operating system.
See instructions attached:

There is no need to have the Intel® Rapid Storage software installed if RAID is not enabled.
