System not booting

I have a Dell- G3 laptop with Intel i5-8300H processor. After an update i was continuosly having an error message (Intel Optane Memory Pinning) as in the attached image. I searched online for the fix and downloaded the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver( as in the attached image). When I rebooted my system, my laptop isn't booting......I can hear the sound of the cooling fan and also the backlit keyboard is on, but the display is completely black. I pressed the power button many times bt nothing is changing.... don't know what to do. Pls help!!!!!!!!

In reference to your inquiry about the "Intel® Optane Memory Pinning" error message, we recommend to follow the instructions provided in the link below to try to fix this issue:

But, in this scenario, since the computer is not booting, the best thing to do will be to get in contact directly with Dell for further assistance on this matter and if necessary for them to provide their warranty options. If the laptop boots again, then you can try the steps provided in the link above:
