Troubles with RSTe on WinServer 2012 R2 "An unknown error occurred while running this application."

Good morning! 

Having some troubles with running RSTe on Windows Server 2012 R2. 

Service is running, tray icon is OK but when I try to start the application this message appeares: 

"An unknown error occurred while running this application. If the problem persists, please restart your computer or try reinstalling the application."

After this two event messages are there: "Failed to load Storage Data from Driver" and "Warning: Initial Storage Driver Data Load failed. The driver may be busy."

I've tried a lot of drivers and versions of RSTe, from Supermicro website and CD, nothing works. 

.NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7 are installed, still no result! 

SSU Log is attached!
