Windows update version 1093

I have tried downloading the latest version of the RST driver and the the one I was told was recommended. I then uninstalled through the apps and features applet. I am still getting the RST message. It is no longer even there. Please help

Please explain yourself better. What do you mean by "It is no longer even there."?
