error message rapid restore technology

Last week i got a error message from Intel Rapid Response from an existing Sata drive. When i opened the Intel Rapid Response I also saw a Sata array.

Can someone explain me how i can reset the error message. After resetting the error message comes back.

The hardware of the Sata disc is ok.

Sorry, but we can't do anything with a picture containing non-English text as we cannot translate text in a picture. You will need to provide us with an English translation.
