the softkit website prompt need CNDA account when i try to search the # 723316 IRST driver

Hi,

i am senior engineer and working in wistron company which is the ODM serve Dell ,our project integration test need download some IRST driver from the software kit, the website prompt we 

need Sign in CNDA and go ahead.

Just got the message from inside,our company has the realtively strict control for the intel account use right.

we decide to cancel this request for create CNDA account, please interrupt process this case.
