Atom P5342 P5322 MDDS

Hi,

 

I can not locate MDDS document for Atom P5342 (MM# 99AM3R) and P5322 (MM# 99AM3N) processor in Intel ARK, Intel RDC and Intel QDMS.

Can you help to provide?

Thank you for your reply.

We have customer purchasing these processor from us and need the MDDS for compliance purpose.

The processors are not engineering sample, the S spec are SRL3T and SRL3R respectively.

In the meantime, can you please confirm how you obtained these processors?

 

They seem "tray" units, sold to OEMs to be implemented in specific systems, and these are sold in high volume to those manufacturers, and generally, warranty, support, or technical documentation is to be provided by them.

 

I will follow up on April 12th just in case.

Hi,

 

Thank you for your suggestion. We will try to contact FAE on this.

However, is it possible for you to share the MDDS here if you have it?  As this is S spec product, believe that it should have a MDDS document already and we had been looking to get support for the MDDS for almost 2 weeks.

Generally, we can share information that is publicly available, as these documents commonly are, but due to these processors being "tray units", it is necessary for you to contact your FAE or AE.


Please let me know if you have any problems reaching out to them.
