Intel S1200SPL Boot Problem

Hey Everyone,

I just got an Intel S1200SPL Server board. Unfortunately I can't get it to work.

I installed an Intel E3 1220v5 along side 4 GB of Samsung ECC DDR4 2400T DIMM  R1x16 RAM (in B2).

The diagnostic LED's show a pattern not described in the manual.

System status LED slowly blinking amber.

Diagnostic LEDs 2-3 and 6-7 are on.

The system draws 28W from the wall (with 2 normal FANs installed - they work).

VGA and Displayport out have no output.

I don't have other RAM here (except for Non-ECC, that didn't work).

Maybe some of you have an idea. I am unfortunately still new to server hardware.

Thank you in advance.
