Hello all,
I would like to find thermal specs for Intel® Xeon® Silver 4410Y Processor. Minimum would be 2 resistor model, but full model would be preferred.
We need these for our own design thermal verification process.

Hi Fikri,
This NDA process may bee a bit too heavy at this point.
Is it possible to have any simple information of thermal resistances of processor in discussion without heavy NDA.
As we could do this with 2 resistor model (resistance from junction to heatsink and resistance from junction to pins/pcb).
Do intel have any siemens DISW specific AE?
Regards
