S3210SHLC and VMWare Esxi 4?

Hi,

Has anybody tried the S3210SHLC motherboard with VMware ESXi4. It seems that the 82566DM network card is not supported. But there is contracdictory information about the 82541PI. The VMWare System HCL does not mention it, just the the 82566DM does not work. Yet the IO comapatibility list does not state this controllery (the 82541PI) works with ESXi 4.

So I was curious if anybody has tried it?
