Storage Matrix Manager won't boot

Community Manager

For the second time now, something happens to Storage Matrix Manager and it can't read the BCD. How do I get RAID 1 re-enabled? I have a 2 month old full backup...

The system boots to Vista without running RAID. It does this silently and I only notice after a few days that I'm no longer getting the "You're protected..." message. (why is there no error message when RAID fails? you have to notice something missing...) When I check the BIOS, it is set back to IDE instead of RAID. When I set it back to RAID, it fails with the following message:

File: \Boot\BCD

Status: 0xc000000e

Info: An error ocurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data

The SMM Report when run without RAID is:

System Information

Kit Install History:, Uninstall

Note that I just upgraded the BIOS from 0508.
