lack of step upgrading BIOS to R066 version, directly flash T066 then T069, server board S5520hc don't work well, when connect to onboard SATA SSD 。need help

Server board S5520hc ​don't work well, when connect to onboard SATA SSD 

The original bios version is R050​, then flash T066, then ignore to flash it to R066, badly flash R069. Now， the server function not well when  connect to onboard SATA SSD 。（the right procedure is methord C.）

​I wonder if there exits a​ way to downgrade BIOS version to former version

Questions:

1. downgrade bios to former ​ version under uefi shell
2. where to find 8 MiB bios rom， if use flash programmer to burn, can not find rom on website

R0069 relase notes is https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27730/eng/ReleaseNotes_R0069.txt

current bios version is R0069 and could not ​flash lower version BIOS
