I have recently renewed my support for the Fortran compiler and now I can't access my premier support account. I get the message I don't have a user account and get no reply from the quadsupport mailbox. I think the issue relate to my account ID being changed and the new licence using the old account. I can still access the registration centre and download the latest version.
I and my spftware supplier can't find anybody at intel to talk to about this.

Hi Alf,
I have fixed the issue. You can try accessing Premier Support at: https://premier.intel.com and login using your login id and password. Let me know if you still have issues. I have also sent you a private message letting you know what your login-id is, just FYI
