Hello,

I recently applied for a new student licence for Intel Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Windows. I received the email with the serial number, but when I enter it to install the software, I receive the following error message: Activation rights do not allow this software to be installed. This could be due to expired subscription or incompatible serial number.

Can you provide assistance on this matter?
