Sure. Find the shortcut that you use to start Developer Studio, right click on it and select Properties. In the Target field, append to the end the full specification of the .DSW you want to load.
An alternative is Tools..Options..Workspace. There you can check a box that says "Reload last workspace on startup". This will load the last workspace you had open.
