I have recently upgraded to CVF 6.6. I went to print a document yesterday and only one printer was available. I have three connected to my computer; an HI III, a Desk Jet 870Cse (both parallel connections) and a Office Jet G. series connected via SUB. The Office Jet is the only one that show up when I click on the Print button. It also contains the words "on DOT4_001 which does not show up with other software. This problem was not present with version 6.5. All other software show all three printers. I reinstalled VF all the way from 6.0 with all the interim releases; no change.
I checked the release notes but could not find a reference. Can anyone suggest some trouble shooting tips.
Thanks,
Bob

Which "print button" are you referring to. I can't imagine how installing or upgrading CVF would affect this. What shows up in the Printer applet in Control Panel?

Steve,
I agree that this problem should not be caused by installing 6.6 over 6.5. I was just wondering if anyone else had a similar probem; apparently not. The "print" button I am referring to is the one in Visual Studio that is on the "File" drop down menu. The printer applet in the Control Panel show all three printers with the LJ IIIP as the default. All printers show up in other software "Print" buttons. Maybe I have corrupted a DLL in my OS. I will get on the Microsoft forum and see it they can point me in the right direction. Thanks.
