Build Failed when trying to build to windows 8

I tried searching the forums before I posted but I had no luck in finding a solution. I can build an android apk but it fails when I try to build to windows 8.

The build failed. An error occurred while building the application. Verify your build assets are correct and try again.

It seems that your App ID hasn't been set for Windows 8. You can update your App ID under Projects > Cordova Hybrid Mobile App Settings > Build Settings > App ID. Are you still experiencing building Windows 8 apps?

Running in this same error when trying to build with XDK 2248 to windows 8 (and I did enter a valid app ID)

I've tried it again today with the same settings and now XDK report a successfull build!
