Build won't install on my phone

Once I got the issue with removing plugins and changing the versions square away 

I did a new build.  built successfully.

I got the email, download the app to my phone and and try to install it but I get a simple message "app did install" message on my phone.

XDK version 3088

So what changed , and why don't this work any more.

okay I had to completely uninstall the old app first then reinstalled

all seems to be good now.
