Hello All,
The CVF COM server wizard appears to be a very useful feature for making Fortran code callable from MS applications and other applications that support COM clients (e.g. some scripting languages such as ActiveState perl).
What is the opinion of the list regarding COM and its interrelationship with .NET. (My very limited understanding is that it is possible for .NET applications to interface with COM applications in an unmanaged way -- whatever that means?) Does anybody have experience interfacing between Fortran COM servers and the .NET environment and if so how was the experience?
Does Compaq have any plans to develop an analogous wizard for .NET components. If so when might it be released?
