Can't download Licence Manager

We received our new serial number for Intel Parallel Studio 2016 and we were told we need to update our License Manager Server but every time we tried to download the manager we got the following error message:

The support period for your license has expired. To download this product update, you will need to purchase renewal licenses to extend your support from your expiration date (01 Jan 2001) to the build date of this product update (27 Mar 2014). Note that support for new renewal licenses will begin on 01 Jan 2001.

I can provide you with our serial number if you need to verify our accounts.
