Cannot Register Product

I bought a Intel Realsense Developer Kit on October 16, 2015.   I haven't tried using it until now.  I was trying to download the Windows SDK Software and it says I have to register.  The email I received with my order gives me an order number but no serial number.   This if for a VF0800 Creative
