Cannot View Community Licensing Email (UTF-8 Encoding Error Message)

I recently tried to sign up for community licensing for the Intel Performance Libraries (I'm mostly interested in MKL, but would like to try some other libraries too). I filled out the form and soon received an email, however the email has no subject, and the body of the email is just "(If the characters do not show properly, please try viewing this email with UTF-8 encoding.)" I switched my web browser (since I viewed the email in Gmail) to UTF-8 encoding but the email was still not viewable. I also tried both Gmail's "Message text garbled?" and "Show original" options but neither helped. The "Show original" option makes the body of the email just look like a string of random characters. I even tried viewing the email in Apple's Mail program but got no better results.

Perhaps there is a problem with the script that auto-generates the community licensing emails? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello,

I just tested the community license sign up and received the email with the SN. I was able to view the email in gmail. There is no issue with email sent from the registration. I suggest to try to apply again with a different email.

Hi Devorah, thank you for the quick reply. Based on your suggestion I did try another email address and it worked just fine.

Best regards,
