Cant transfer photos from iphone to pc!?

There are some photos in my iphone and I have to transfer them to my pc for editing. So I synced my iphone to computer and open itunes. Normally the pictures will appear on itunes but this time the folder was empty! I really don't know whats going wrong! Could u pls help me...

Well I remember seeing a youtube video saying that its because itunes blocked some data when you sync your apple products, so you may try to change some settings to make them unhidden. Unfortunately I dont have that video right now. but you can google your question how to transfer photos from iphone to pc to find that video. Oh and remember to choose "video" tab on the left side to screen the search results, it will help a lot to find the more exact answers.

1 Wait for a popup asking you what you want to do with the device

2 Select View Content

3 Find your photos through the folders that are displayed

4Copy in Windows as usual

theres a easy way to do that ,you can email the photos to yourself and then download them to your computer or macbook. Its quite convenient. but when you deal with numbers of pics, that could cause you a lot of time.so you can also use a iphoen to computer transfer to save troubles.

On the PC the easiest way to get pictures from your iPhone is to just use Windows Explorer, but there’s a way to go about this:
* Plugin your iPhone to the computer without iTunes running
* Wait for a popup asking you what you want to do with the device
* Select “View Content”
* Find your photos through the folders that are displayed
* Copy in Windows as usual

You may use Photo Gallery from Windows Lives on PC.
Or you may try to use iPhone Transfer to transfer them.
If you are using Mac, you can manually connect them via USB.
Or you can do it wirelessly on your iPhone by switch ON the Photo Stream under iCloud selection.
