I don't really understand the answer.
My Intel XDK apk name is "com.ironequal.meteor". The name of my new version need to be the same (in order to push it on the play store).
Here is the option I have, how can I generate the same certificate ?

Hi,
You cannot generate a new certificate, you must sign it with the one we have in our system
Although, you can sign it with the new one also, but it has to be at least signed by the certificate used in the original submission.
I would suggest submit a request to html5tools. You must supply user name, and the name of the application for the old one.
So that we can email it to you with your old certificate.
