I tried reading the update articles on how to create certificate but I have problem on how to do it on apple website. It seems they change the site or I am just new to it.
I cannot access the so called "member center" page. I just created my new account and I can only access this page https://developer.apple.com/account/#/welcome, but I don't have an idea where to look for the certification setting. Please help. I am using window OS.
