I got the E-mail when my serial Number updated. Explanation of this E-mail, there is a license in attachment. but I couldn't find the attachment at this E-mail. For reference, information of header in this E-mail shows text/html content-type. normally, in case of E-mail with attachment, information of header in E-mail shows multipart/mixed content-type. I want to update C++ and Fortran Compiler by offline. what should I do? Thank you.

Hi, Shimomoto

I noticed you have 3 licenses registered and all are already activated.

Please find instructions in below link if it helps to get a license file for offline installation.

https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/how-do-i-get-a-license-file-for-an-offline-installation-of-intel-parallel-studio-xe-2016

If you need more assistance on your license, please contact me through private message.

Thank you.

This issue has been resolved. If you have a similar issue, do not add it to this thread but start a new one.

Root cause and solution are:

The initial email sent from Intel after registration for Named-User license will not contain the license file anymore. This is due to the license is not activated yet.

Refer to below article to get your license file for offline activation:

Thanks
