Creating Install shield in visual studio

I want to know how can I make an Install shield for my application created in Visual studio 2010 .

File->New Project

Pick Other Project Types->Setup Project

Then you need to set up your applications folder, the users desktop ( shortcut ), and the users Start Menu( application entry ).
