Critical system error while trying to change Host ID

I've purchased a floating license of Parallel Studio XE 2011 and registered it successfully.
The license server has 2 Ethernet cards. I was using the eth1 interface, but lmhostid recognized eth0 MAC address as the Host ID, so I've plugged it instead.
Unfortunately, I entered the eth1 MAC address as Host ID and now I need to modify the license file but I always get the same error as the user in this thread:http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/showthread.php?t=86523
In addition, when I log in the Registration Center website, no registered products appear in the list.
Could you help me to solve these problems? Thanks in advance.
