Hello,
Could you please provide us with some matrix: what OFED should be used for what OS distribution in case of the latest MPSS (3.5.2, linux)? We need to know in what cases MPSS supports the OFED and in what cases better to use alternative OFED distribution.
Best regards,
Taras

Hi Taras,
The Section 3.6.1 "Supported OFED distros" in the MPSS User's Guide shows that information. Thanks.

Hi loc-nguyen,
Unfortunately, the section does not include the information I am looking for. The matrix in the section shows what modes the OFED stacks support. I asked "What OS each OFED supports" regarding MPSS 3.5.2. For example the answer could be "RHEL 6.5 supports X1, X2 and X3 OFED versions, RHEL7.0 supports only Y1 OFED version", and so on.
This statement from the section makes the things even more unclear:
"Each OFED distribution supports a subset of the Intel ® MPSS supported OS distros; most support SLES 11 SP 3 and RHEL 6.2/3/4/5."
Best regards,
